Monthly Write-ins

After the success of the NaNoWriMo write-ins, and due to popular demand, we are holding monthly writing get-togethers at our favourite venue: the Coffee Club on Park Road, Milton. Everyone is welcome!

At write-ins, we sit, write, chat, eat, and generally try to get some words down before it’s time to go. We’ll be running word wars as well: writing sprints to see who can get the most down in 10 minutes!

The write-ins will be on the Saturday following the Creative Writing Group meeting (usually the second Saturday of the month). They will run all day, from 11am to 5pm. You don’t have to be there for the whole day – just come and go as you wish. If you want to stay later than 5pm, you are welcome to!

Bring along your writing implement of choice and money for food and drink. Note: please pay as you order. If possible, please bring a power board too!
